Official Rules

"Win a Week of Fruit for Your Office" Giveaway · November 2 to November 29, 2026

  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.
  2. Sponsor. The Alexander Fruit Company, PO Box 91723, Raleigh, NC 27675 ("Sponsor").
  3. Who can enter. Legal residents of the United States, 18 or older, entering on behalf of a business office located in one of these states: Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, DC, West Virginia, Wisconsin. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible. The entrant must be allowed to accept the prize for their office under their employer's policies. Limit one entry per person per giveaway period.
  4. Giveaway period. This giveaway starts at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Monday, November 2, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on Sunday, November 29, 2026. Each four-week period is a separate giveaway with its own drawing; entries do not carry over.
  5. How to enter. Fill in the form at win.alexanderfruit.com with your name, work email, company, state and office size. Entries made by automated means, or with false information, are void.
  6. Drawing. One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period, on or about Monday, November 30, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  7. Prize. One office fruit box, "a week of fruit for your office" (approximate retail value: $41). Hand-delivered by Sponsor to offices in the Raleigh-Durham Triangle, North Carolina, or shipped to the winning office elsewhere in the eligible states, on a date agreed with the winner. Fruit varies with the season and availability; Sponsor may substitute fruit of equal or greater value. The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
  8. Winner notification. The winner will be emailed at the address entered within three business days after the drawing and must reply within seven days with delivery details, or an alternate winner may be drawn. The winner is responsible for any taxes.
  9. Your information. Sponsor uses entry information to run the giveaway and to send Alexander Fruit's email, about every other week. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Sponsor never sells your information.
  10. General. By entering, entrants agree to these rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may cancel or change the giveaway if fraud, technical problems or anything else beyond its control affects it. Entrants release Sponsor from liability for any loss or injury from taking part or from the prize, to the extent the law allows. These rules are governed by the laws of North Carolina.
  11. Social media. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Meta (Facebook), TikTok or LinkedIn. Entrants release each of them from any liability connected with the giveaway. Questions go to Sponsor, not to them.
  12. Winner. For the winning company's name, email hello@alexanderfruit.com within 30 days after the drawing.
